I can see my “.crypto” domain has an identity in Ethmail, but I can not email to the address. All email is bounced backed with “user unknown”. Please advise.

It’s probably due to your domain being claimed on plygon network. I already had couple of reports of this issue. I’ll be working on adding polygon support but only after I finish with infrastructure changes. I can’t give you any date at the moment. Sorry about it!
