Hi there, when i use the web.ethmail.cc, I noticed that it is very much alike the Roundcube mail. So, I guess that ethmail is redesigned with a web3 login function, and uses the traditional webmail design. Is it right?
Yes, exactly. ETHMail is a composition of couple of already existing software packages (Roundcube, Postfix, etc.) using web3 as a login/identity layer.

Is the mail stored on a normal mail server, and not on-chain right?
I want a smart contract to unlock and then send funds when I receive a mail from someone, could you assist me?
It’s almost as if I need a Mail Server Oracle on ChainLink, or am I going overboard?
Yeah, the data are stored on a server.
I think the easiest would be to have a script running on some server (local laptop?) and check email periodically and when it sees an email with given parameters it would sign and send a transaction.
